Pamela Chew is a Director of RHT Corporate Advisory Pte Ltd. She has more than 20 years of experience in the field of share registry business. In her years of experience, she has provided share registry services to companies, Real Estate Investment Trusts, Business Trusts and Stapled Securities listed on the Singapore Exchange Limited. She also served companies that have dual listings on foreign stock exchanges such as Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Korea Stock Exchange, Oslo Stock Exchange and the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

Her area of expertise includes providing advisory services to clients on initial public offering, corporate actions such as equity fund raising, rights issue, bonus issue, private placement, reverse take-over, capital restructuring, scrip dividend and voluntary offer, in accordance with the regulatory requirements of Singapore Companies Act and Listing Rules of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
