Fiona has more than 20 years of professional experience in the corporate secretarial and compliance advisory practice covering a wide spectrum of services, amongst which include incorporation, resolutions and minutes, maintenance of statutory registers and secretarial records, statutory filings, transfers and listed companies’ obligations.

She is a Chartered Secretary under The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (“ACIS, MAICSA”) and an Associate and Practising Secretary of Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (“CSIS”).

The portfolio of clients handled by Fiona’s team includes various private and public limited companies, charities and institutions of public character, companies limited by guarantee, corporations related to statutory boards and government agencies and a reputable large group of companies operating schools and educational services.
