Khor Yoke Kean

Khor Yoke Kean is a Director (Business Development) of RHT Corporate Advisory Pte Ltd. She has more than 20 years working experience advising in the field of share registry with leading professional firms.

In her years of experience, Yoke Kean managed numerous initial public offerings (IPOs) and corporate actions including rights issues, bonus issues, private placements, reverse takeovers, cash offers, share buybacks, scrip dividends of publicly-listed companies.

Transactions of significance include managing a complex extraordinary general meeting of the Association of Women for Action and Research (AWARE) in 2009. In 2010 and 2011, Yoke Kean assisted with the setting up of share registry business in Malaysia and Hong Kong respectively. In 2012, she pioneered the first successful online application for the reserved share tranche of a dual listing IPO in Malaysia and Singapore. In the course of her work, she has established strong working relationships with her clients.

Yoke Kean graduated as a Chartered Secretary and is an Associate Member of the Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (SAICSA).
